Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping on all products shipped within the contiguous United States.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally to Canada. We can often make accommodations, so please email us (support@reigncharm.com) if you would like to purchase our products outside of North America.

How do I check the status of my order?

Simply log into your account if you created one. Additionally, if you provided a valid email, updates to your order will be sent directly to you.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will gladly accept the return; however, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

If the product was damaged or defective, please contact us at support@reigncharm.com. We will promptly issue a call tag for the unit and send out a replacement.

If you have a change of heart after 30 days, we can take returns for a partial refund. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal and Amazon payment.

How is my data protected?

We operate on an e-commerce platform that complies with the highest level of Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards -- our shopping cart hosted on a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant server.

How long do the LED bulbs last?

The average lifespan of our LED light bulbs is between 30,000 hours to 50,000 hours. If you happen to encounter a light that dies out before that time, let us know and we will send you a new one.

What if I need additional bulbs?

We offer additional bulbs for sale on our site, or you can purchase any standard bulb at your local hardware store. We also will carry a special line of Smart LED light bulbs made for your vanity mirror. Check those here on our site.

What if my order is incomplete or incorrect?
